Known Issues

Here is the list of issues that have been identified or reported and are either under investigation or scheduled to be fixed.

MON-1394
Summary: When you click on the stop button again after stopping an agent in License Server Control displays an error.
MON-1396
Summary: Email Notifications sent from License Server Control (LSC) every 5-10 minutes indicating that one of the Vendors is down. However, after 1–2 minutes, it shows back online. The LSC dashboard displays that the vendor going up and down randomly.
MON-1398
Summary: URL Export Service is unable to connect to Redis port. URL Export Service points to the unsecured Redis port and it impacts batch report export.
Workaround:
  1. Edit <installation location>/home/config/url_export_service/config.yaml and change the message_queue port from 6379 to 6279.

  2. Restart the service by executing the following command:
    /opt/altair/insightpro_lic_server/exec/scripts/insightpro_lic.sh set service --start
MON-1400
Summary: License Server Control does not display the Vendor downtime.
MON-1401
Summary: Not able to delete the Triad agent in the vendors registration page.
