Feature Usage By Hierarchy

This report presents various metrics segmented by hierarchy for a specified time period for a given vendor/feature. To generate this report, you must define at least one hierarchy using the Organizational Hierarchy module.

Goal: To evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) segmented by hierarchy. A typical hierarchy might be based on geographic regions or organizational structure. Using a percentile peak value could provide a more effective KPI than maximum peak or average peak metrics.
