Monthly Comparison of Active Users
This report compares users' usage hours over the past two months with the current month.
- Goal

To evaluate the number of active users and their usage hours in the current month, comparing them to the previous two months. Additionally, users with a reserved license (e.g., defined in the FlexLM option file) will be denoted with R (Reservation). Otherwise, if they are using a floating license, they will be marked as F (Floating).
This report helps identify top users based on usage hours and assess whether users with dedicated licenses are fully utilizing them. It also provides insights into reallocating dedicated licenses to high-usage users through the option file. Please make sure to explore the Reservation Analysis report for deeper insights.
