Feature Usage Summary By User
This report presents usage metrics KPIs for a given licensed software feature, segmented by users, such as peak usage (maximum, percentile, and average), peak duration, maximum and minimum number of concurrent checkouts, number of checkouts, denials encountered, total usage hours, average session lengths, etc.
- Goal
- To evaluate users’ software usage in terms of hours and number of checkouts, while also focusing on average session lengths to determine if users are appropriately checking out and checking in the software as needed. With the addition of peak (max, percentile, average), peak duration, and maximum/minimum concurrent checkouts, you can gain deeper insight into the users’ usage patterns and identify whether multiple concurrent license checkouts are causing denials for other users.
