Sets the auto load/unload FLD data state.

Description
This command sets the auto load/unload FLD data state. Setting the enable state to false causes the currently loaded data to be unloaded.
Inputs
- state
- True if FLD data can be loaded, or false if not.
Errors
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
