Flux Skew
Flux Skew is a module dedicated to the analysis of rotating electric machines with skewing, allowing a straightforward geometric and physical description in 2D and the consideration of continuous or step skewing effects.
Material Identification
The Material Identification tool is based on the Altair Compose environment and allows determining from measurements the parameters and coefficients required to create a material in Flux.

Introduction

This document aims to address the problematic of solving linear systems. First, a short description of the problematic is provided, clarifying the mathematical principals and how solvers can be used. Then, this document will provide some advices on which solver to use depending on your computational resources. The last part will list the parameters an advanced user can access in order to tune the solvers.
