Domain type: definition (structure)
Definition
The Domain type entity is defined by:
- a name
- a domain type
- a length unit
- an angle unit
Name
The name to identify the domain type is allocated automatically by Flux during the creation of this one.
The user cannot modify this name.
Type of domain
The two types of domain are:
- the 2D domain
- the 3D domain
The user cannot modify the type of domain.
Length units
The different length units (associated with domain entities: Infinite box, Periodicity, Symmetry) are:
- inch
- micron
- millimeter
- meter
- user's unit (created beforehand)
Angle units
The different angle units (associated with domain entities: Infinite box, Periodicity, Symmetry) are:
- degree
- radian
- user's unit (created beforehand)
