What we can simulate?

By using regions it is possible to describe:

  • material media such as:
    • comprising of air or vacuum (permeability μr =1)
    • magnetic media (permeability μr) and non-conducting

    • magnetic or non-magnetic (permeability μr) and

      conducting (resistivity ρ)

    • coils (with uniform density of current)
  • boundary conditions of the following types:
    • normal electrical field (on faces)
    • tangent electrical field (on faces)
