vovrouteinfo: Usage Message

DESCRIPTION:

Output route info for a specified job.  When an Accelerator Plus or FlowTracer queue has an underlying base queue, jobs from the top level are nested within jobs running in the base queue.  vovroutinfo displays these nesting relationships between jobs at the different queue levels.
