ftlm_parse_dsls: Usage Message

USAGE:
    ftlm_parse_dsls [OPTIONS] TAG HOST PORT COMMAND

OPTIONS:
    -h                  -- Print help message.
    -v                  -- Increase output verbosity.
    -usekeystore        -- The server is secured by a password. The parser
                           will look for a <TAGNAME>.ks file in the vovlmd
                           directory and use it for authentication
                           (see DSLS docs).
    -robust             -- Ignore unparsable license usage lines

    On Windows, use / for the path delimiter and // before each space if
    there are spaces in the command path.
