vovlad: Usage Message

DESCRIPTION:
    The main Allocator daemon used as part of the Allocator product
    to allocate licenses across multiple Accelerator sites
    and multiple LSF clusters.

USAGE:
    % vovlad  [OPTIONS] &

OPTIONS:
    -config <file>      -- Specify a configuration file.
                           (default is config.tcl)
    -h                  -- Help usage message.
    -loopSleep <t>      -- Set sleep time for each loop.
                           (default 10s)
    -q                  -- Quiet mode: inverse of -v.
    -rank  <N>          -- Ignored: use SetRank instead.
    -v                  -- Verbose flag (may be repeated).

EXAMPLES:
    % vovlad >& vovlad.log &
    % vovlad -v
    % vovlad -v -v -v
