Edges
Free and Non - Manifold Edges
This option is used to identify free and non - manifold edges present in the given bodies or face.
Free Edges
Mesh
If a bar element is connected to only one element, then the edge is called Free edge.
CAD
If a topological edge is connected to only one face, then it is called Free edge.
Free edges are highlighted in orange colour.
Non - Manifold Edges
Mesh
If a bar element is connected to more than two elements, then the edge is called non-manifold edge.
CAD
If a topological edge is connected to more than two faces, then it is called non-manifold edge.
Non - manifold edges are highlighted in Yellow colour.

Note: Free and Non-Manifold element edges will be displayed for the selected bodies or
faces in a model. If no body or face is selected, then it will display the free and
non-manifold edges for the visible bodies in a model.
