Enables node on element data.

Description
This command enables node on element data.
Note: This state is valid only if the data
binding is node-on-element.
Inputs
- enable
- Set to true to enable corner data processing, or false to average corner data to the element centroid.
Errors
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
