Load and Save Part Representations

Use the Representation tool to load and save representations for selected parts. This is useful for storing and retrieving data as required.

1. From the Assembly ribbon, click the Representation tool.

2. Select parts.
   For faster speed, select the root part. To do this, click on the guide bar to open advanced selection, then pick an assembly By ID.

   Tip: You can see the ID of a root part in the Part Browser.
3. Click on the guide bar to choose whether to load, save, or unload the associated representation.
