# cosh

Returns the hyperbolic cosine of `a` (input in radians).

## Syntax

R = cosh(a)

## Inputs

`a`- Any valid scalar | vector | matrix in radians.

## Outputs

- R
- scalar | vector | matrix

`R = 1.12763`
