Output for Sliprings

  • RINGSLIP: total amount of material crossing the slipring
  • FN: normal force on slipring
  • F1: axial tension in strand 1 of the slipring
  • F2: axial tension in strand 2 of the slipring
  • THETA: angle between slipring strands
  • GAMMA: orientation angle of the seatbelt

Comments

  1. The slipring is positive when the material moves from elem1 to elem2 and is negative if the flow of material is in the opposite direction.
