plt3DIPlot Recalculate
Forces the plot to regenerate all calculated data and reread all file data.

Description
Only data that has been modified since the last call to Recalculate will be recomputed.
This method may indirectly get data for other plots if data in the plot is dependent on data outside the plot.
Errors
Success (0) or an error code.
