Flux Skew
Flux Skew is a module dedicated to the analysis of rotating electric machines with skewing, allowing a straightforward geometric and physical description in 2D and the consideration of continuous or step skewing effects.
Flux PEEC
Flux PEEC is a 3D modeling module dedicated to electrical interconnections of power electronics devices. It also provides RLC extraction and generation of SPICE-like equivalent circuits.
Material Identification
The Material Identification tool is based on the Altair Compose environment and allows determining from measurements the parameters and coefficients required to create a material in Flux.
Altair Material Datacenter (AMDC)
AMDC is a comprehensive material database maintained by Altair and partner suppliers of engineering materials. Ready-to-use, Flux-compatible models may be obtained directly from this database for a growing number of materials.

Data export to HyperView

This export enables to transfer data to HyperView.

The export generates a .h3d file compatible with HyperView and HyperGraph, and also with some other Altair suite software as OptiStruct or AcuSolve. This export is more dedicated to multiphysics coupling than visualing results in HyperView. User interested by the second workflow has the possibility to export to HyperView through scenario box (Please consult the following chapter for more details: Data Export to HyperView and HyperGraph)

All the data collections are compatible with this export. The user should specify:

A list of data collections
A file name
If he wants the mesh to follow the associated mechanical set movement. It is advised to leave this option by default, with following the movement. The exported mesh and data will follow the movement in HyperView.
Note: In HyperView, in order to visualize the movement, click on the following icon to be in Set Transient Animation Mode:

If multiple data collections are exported in the same H3D file, some restrictions must be respected:

The data supports of the exported data collections must share the same extrusion and rebuild options
The data collections defined on Flux region supports cannot be exported with collections defined on other types of supports
The exported data collections must be defined on the same interval
The derived data collections are not associated with the scenario steps and so cannot be exported with other types of collections
