View Account Folder

View files or folders that are shared by the administrator.

Using Account Folder:
  • Only one Account Folder can be created by an administrator.
  • All users will have view access to the files and folder added to this Account Folder.
  • The Administrator can provide permissions to other users to create and manage their files and folders.
  1. Navigate to the root .
    The common folders a365 and Account Folder is displayed. You can also view user folder which contains MyFiles and SharedWithMe directories.
  2. Open Account Folder to view the files shared by the administrator.
    In the given example, Account Folder is named as Common_Files.
