Percentage progress.

typedef int(_STD_CALL * CALLBACK_MESSAGEINFO) (const char *)

Callback message string.

typedef int(_STD_CALL * CALLBACK_ERROR) (const char *, int)

Callback error information string.

typedef int(_STD_CALL * CALLBACK_TERMINATE) ()

Callback to check for termination, returning a value unequal to zero from the callback requests the computation to stop.
