Block Format Keyword Describes the shell box groups which are inside the box.

Only one box_ID is allowed:

Comments
- Shell groups cannot contain 3 node shell elements (use /GRSH3N instead).
- If type is
BOX, all elements having all nodes inside the box or on its
surface are selected.
If type is BOX2, all elements with at least one node inside the box or on its external surface are selected.
