Comments
 Detonation time is T_{DET} in plane containing basis point P.
 It is possible to define multiple detonators with different types and lighting times.
 If a detonation option is not defined, all JWL material law will instantaneously detonate.
 Burn fractions are available in time history file with /TH/BRIC card and BFRAC keyword.
 Detonation times can be written in the Starter output file for each JWL elements. Printout flag I_{PRI} ≥ 3 (/IOFLAG).
