Gets the list of subcase IDs in the result file.

Description
This command retrieves the list of subcase IDs in the result file.
Inputs
- type
- "Base" (default) or "derived". The "derived" option allows you to get information about derived subcases.
Errors
Returns the list of strings, or an error code.
