Gets the number of simulations for the specified subcase.

Description
This command retrieves the number of simulations for the specified subcase.
Inputs
- subcase_id
- Set to a positive integer.
Errors
Returns an integer equal to the number of simulations, or 0 if the specified subcase doesn't exist in the result file.
