User Start-Up File

Compose reads and executes the user-defined start-up OML script when launched.

The script can be found in: <user directory>\.altair\Compose<version>\hwx\Compose_startup.oml.

This path is also returned by the command startupscript_path.

The file can be edited directly or in the Compose Editor by running the startupscript_edit command.

You can restart Compose to see the result. In the above example, each time Compose is launched, the message is displayed in the Command Window.
