HDF5 Viewer

Use the HDF5 Viewer to import data and navigate through the hierarchy of .hdf5 files.

From the ribbon, select the HDF5 Viewer icon.
Select and navigate to your desired .hdf5 file.
The data tree from the .hdf5 file is displayed.
Select a group or dataset, then press the Print button.
The Print option uses the readhdf5toc function to read in and display the data.

Select the Import button.
The Import option imports your selected group or dataset and displays the data in the Variable Browser.

Note: If the data you import already exists in your workspace, a prompt will ask if you want to overwrite the existing data.
