You can use Multi-loadcases to run multiple linear structural analyses with common constraints. Linear structural analysis assumes the model is loaded slowly (static) and stresses do not exceed the yield strength of any part material (linear).

- Structural
  - Linear Structural Analysis
    Analysis that assumes the model is loaded slowly (static) and stresses do not exceed the yield strength of any part material (linear).
  - Non-linear Structural Analysis
    Three types of non-linear analysis are currently available: non-linear separating contact, geometric non-linear, and material non-linear.
  - Buckling Linear
    You can create and solve linear buckling problems in structural analysis.
  - Multi-loadcases
    You can use Multi-loadcases to run multiple linear structural analyses with common constraints. Linear structural analysis assumes the model is loaded slowly (static) and stresses do not exceed the yield strength of any part material (linear).
    - Add New Loadcase
      Add a new loadcase to the analysis.
  - Sequential
    Sequential analysis is any type of structural analysis performed on a structure under prior loading (also termed preloading or prestressing).
  - Structural Thermal
    Structural analysis linked to steady state, transient thermal, thermal imported, or temperature load can be created using the Structural Thermal Workbench.
  - Structural Superelement Export
    Used to export the super elements as a DMIG file. This file will include stiffness matrix and the load matrix, if there are loads and boundary conditions applied to the model which is solved for condensation.

Add New Loadcase

Add a new loadcase to the analysis.

In the Project Tree, open the Multi-loadcases Workbench.
On the workbench toolbar, click (Load cases) > Create new.
The new loadcase appears in the Project Tree. You can apply loads in each individual load case.
