Setting LDAP Configuration

Configure the UDE Server to accept logins using existing user accounts that are part of IT infrastructure by using LDAP interface function.

Configure the UDE Server to support one or more LDAP servers, by providing the server, port, and bind account for each LDAP server.

If your LDAP requires SSL, administrator can configure SSL certificates as well.

With LDAP Integration Active directory Groups can be easily mapped with UDE permission groups to synchronize UDE with IT infrastructure and assign users to specific roles in UDE like: Electrical Engineer, ECAD Engineer, ECAD Librarian, Component Engineer, Project Manager, etc.

LDAP configuration is a two-step process.
