Management function of PollEx UDE can be accessed by the user who has the system
manager or administrator privilege.
In the management, the system manager can manage all UDE items such as user accounts,
system configurations, menu items and processes used in UDMS module. The system
manager can change or delete all contents of UDE, so careful attention is required
when using this function. Figure 1.
In the management function, there are several sub-functions like below:
User Management: Manage user account information and can check the users
currently connected and access records of all users.
System Management: Manage all of system items such as menus, codes, file
items, processes, language sets and classes.
UPMS Management: Manage all UPMS items such as part codes, classes, and
attributes.
UDMS Management: Manage all UDMS items such as files, processes, design
drawings and outputs.
UBMS Management: Manage BOM related items such as part lists, variants and
BOM templates.
UDVS Management: Manage the verification related items such as verification
processes, rules, and material information.
