Usage Key Editor

Add and edit the usage keys depending on the part usages.

1. Key: Display usage keys.
2. Category: Display usage key categories.
3. Note: Display the notes where the usage keys are used.
4. Add: Add a new usage key.
5. Remove: Remove the selected usage key.
6. Edit: Edit the selected usage key.
