DSUA Workflow

Install DSUA agent on a system and select the packages that must be monitored.

The workflow to monitor the package and to generate the reports are:

Add computers by installing DSUA Agent
- Deploy the DSUA agent across the organization
- Install the DSUA agent on a machine
View the computers that are added to DSUA portal
Verify the package installed
Package Tracking and Inventory
- Disable the package tracking
- Edit the package location
- Add package to the list
View the active package usage and history

To install InsightPro, deploying the agent and to configure in a big organization may take few hours or days to fetch all the data. This may be primarily due to:

systems not connected to company network when the agent is deployed
systems not connected to InsightPro for Licensing server to send and receive updates.

Even after installing InsightPro and the agents are deployed, administrators should have an expectation to review package setup is up to their satisfaction after a few days to get a whole 360-degree view from all employees. Administrators can view all the connected computers using the portal.
