Package Tracking and Inventory

View the list of packages, disable package tracking and inventory, update the package location, and add new packages.

Disable Package Tracking and Inventory

Disable the package list that is being tracked and inventoried.

  1. Click the user icon on the top left hand corner.
    For example, click .

  2. Select Package Setup from the list.

    The package list that is tracked is displayed.

  3. Toggle the button in the Tracking column to disable the tracking of the package.
    For example, to disable tracking the Altair Flux package, toggle the button of Tracking column of the Altair Flux package.

    Message will be displayed at the top of the screen informing the DSUA agent will be notified not to track this package across the computers.
  4. Toggle the button in the Inventory column to disable the package inventory.

Edit the Package Location

Edit the package location of the tracked package.

When the package is tracked and if the package location is changed in the system, then edit the package location.

  1. Click of the package to change the location.

    Save Package to Track window is displayed.

  2. Update the Installation location.
  3. Click Save.

Add Package to Track

Add new package to be tracked and inventoried.

If there are any new packages installed in the system, then add the package to the list so that DSUA agent can track them.

  1. Click Add Package.

  2. Enter the following details:
    • Package Publisher
    • Package Name
    • Installation Location
  3. Click Save.
    The package will be added to the list. By default, the added package will be tracked and inventoried.
