Defines the Tracing plot 'Curve by Component' option.

Description
This command defines the 'Curve by Component' option of a tracing curve. This only effective when a single curve is set to true.
Inputs
- state
- true: plot one curve per component for each frame.
Errors
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
