poISection SetClipTransparency
Sets whether the clipped geometry (by iso or section cut) is displayed as transparent instead of being ignored.

Description
This command sets whether the clipped geometry (by iso or section cut) is displayed as
transparent instead of being ignored.
Note: This has no effect for sections that do not clip
or iso surfaces in equal mode.
Errors
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
