Steady State AC Electric: results analysis

Introduction

This section deals with the Steady state AC Electric application and answers the following question: How are results analyzed with Flux?

Post- processed quantities: about

The exploitable quantities are separated in two groups:

  • local quantities, postprocessed in each point of the study domain.
  • global quantities*, which result of an integration, postprocessed on the full study domain or on one part of the domain.
Note: * With symmetries and/or periodicities, quantities are computed:
  • for the modelled part of the device in the finite elements domain, if the computation is done on a spatial support (region, face, volume…)
  • for the full device (modelled part + no modelled part(s)), if the computation is done on an electrical component or on a mechanical set.
