    Compose supports OML, Tcl, Python, and R languages. The use of the interpreter language is first defined by the script being executed.

Macros

You can record your session actions (in the Editor) as macros to replay them at a later time using the Macros menu.

Start, Stop and Run Macros

When you are ready to begin recording your session, click Tools > Macro > Start Recording.
Compose begins recording your session.
To stop recording, click Tools > Macro > Stop Recording.
To play your current macro, click Tools > Macro > Run Current Macro.
To save the current macro, click Tools > Macro > Save Current Macro and enter the name to use.

Select and Run a Saved Macro

Click Tools > Macro > Select and Run.
The Select and Run dialog opens.
Use the drop down menu to select the macro to run.
If desired, set the macro to run a specific number of times to run.
Click Run.

Remove a Saved Macro

Click Tools > Macro > Remove Macro.
The Remove Macro dialog opens.
Use the checkboxes to select the macro to remove.
Click Remove.
