Material properties across several different testing conditions such as moisture conditions or temperatures are consolidated and displayed as part of a single material.
Private Database
In addition to Altair hosted database, customers can now request private databases
managed by Altair their proprietary material information. The private database comes
with tools to configure the database, import the materials and define access
controls on the materials.
- Catalog Editor: It provides a powerful and intuitive user interface for administrators to define the structure of the database – material properties/types/names, and tailor AMDC as per their needs, without a single line of code being required.
- Import tool: Users with the necessary permissions can use this tool to import material data using pre-defined data formats. The system also offers the possibility of integrating custom importers for proprietary data formats.
- User Management: The user management interface allows system administrators to add/remove users and assign permissions.
