PSR Covered Via

Check Vias are covered with PSR or solder mask.

PSR (Photo Solder Resistor) is used to protect circuit pattern from oxidation and bridge in soldering process.
  • Target Via Definition: Define the target Vias.
    • Padstack String Filter: Define the via using string filter.
  • Checking
    • Detect Vias, un-covered with Solder Mask: For all Vias, check whether they are covered with solder mask. If they are not covered with solder mask, they are fails.
    • Detect Vias, covered with Solder Mask: For all Vias, check whether they are covered with solder resistor. If they are covered with solder mask, they are fails.
    • Exclude Checking for Hole Size in Ranges: For Vias having given hole size, exclude them in checking.
      • Hole Size Range: Set excluding Via hole’s size range using floating value input tool.
