Select and confirm the package dimension settings.

1. Show Package Information: Show the name, pin counts and type of the package.
2. Determine Package Dimension Range Values: Select the usage of dimension input settings (Minimum, Maximum, Middle, User Defined).
3. Selected Land Pattern Dimensions: Show the selected land pattern dimension setting.
4. Selected Tolerance and Solder Joint Analysis: Show the selected tolerance and solder joint analysis setting.
5. Thermal Data: Define the thermal characteristics of the package.
6. Passive Data: Define the passive data of the package.
7. Confirm the package shape and finish.
