Sign-in to gain quick access to the Altair One applications to create appliances, manage your files or folders, browse through Altair and Altair Partner applications,
community and support channels and to view your license usage.
The Dashboard provides quick and easy access to video tutorials, favorite apps, shared files, recent files and sessions.
You can also upload files to Altair Drive from the dashboard.
To utilize a named user license, it is necessary to allocate it to a specific user, and the number of licenses purchased
must correspond to the number of users.

NavOps enables administrators to define virtual appliances based on models, specify hardware configurations, add or remove

Update the user's profile and contact information.
You can modify user's access level. If the user's account status is pending, you
can resend an email to activate an account. You can also view a user's authorized
machine details.
Click on the top-left corner.
Click Managed Licenses.
The Dashboard page is displayed.
Click Users from the left pane.
The list of users is displayed.
Click User Name.

Click the First Name or Last Name
to update any changes required in the user's name.
Click Phone to update the user's contact
information.
Click Job Title to update the user's designation.
Select the Allow Cloud Services checkbox to access
Altair One cloud applications and appliances.
Modify the user role using the User list.
Optional: Click SSO/Onboarding Status if the user status is still
pending.
An email is sent to the user to activate their account.
Click Show Authorized Machines for the onboarded
users.
The user's machine information such as host name, partial authentication
token, and MAC address is displayed.
