Enable Remote Desktops Debugging Logs

Enable the Remote Desktops debugging logs to debug the remote desktop issues.

The debugging log will provide debugging information in the browser console to troubleshoot issues related to remote desktop.

Click .
Select Preferences.
Access Web Preferences is displayed.
Click Desktops in the left panel.
The Desktops panel is displayed.
Note: By default, Enable Debugging Logs is disabled.
