vtk_license

Usage:         
vtk_license_check mode

Description:
This procedure asks the server to check the license. The argument mode is case insensitive and is one of "CHECK", "ACQUIRE", "RELEASE" 

Example:
vtk_license_check QUICK
OK
vtk_license_check ACQUIRE
OK

Returns:
"OK" or "ERROR"
