Usage:
vtk_filesystem_get fullpath array.

Description:
This procedure retrieves information (into the array) about the filesystem that
contains the file.

Example:
vtk_filesystem_get /remote/release/vov/current/scripts/INSTALL.sh fsinfo parray fsinfo
