Mission
WA provides a powerful and comprehensive mission simulation module which allows you to calculate the evolution of the weight during the flight and to monitor how this curve changes over the product life cycle.
The Mission section of Weight Analytics further has the
following functionalities:
- Define the flight envelope.
- Define or Import the fuel consumption law.
- Define mission items. For example, crew and cargo.
- Define special equipment. This is removed or added to the base configuration.
- Monitor the evolution of the Weight during the mission, starting from Empty Weight Equipped (EWE) followed by adding mission items, fuel curve and so on.
- Highlight how much fuel can be taken without overshooting the maximum take-off weight.
- Compare different mission simulations which share the same envelope.
