pltINote GetAttachToPointIndexExpression
Gets the expression or the value of the point on the curve to which the note is attached.

Description
Returns the expression (if any) or value of the index of the associated axis for the vector.
This method is only valid for "curve" notes.
Note: This command is the same as
GetAttachToPointIndex, which is now deprecated.
