User Mode

In the Flux Supervisor Options window, in System, since Flux 2019, there is a new node named User mode.

In User mode, there are three different modes:
  • Standard: the standard mode.
  • Beta: the beta mode (this is a new mode).
This mode gives early access to a set of features which will be officially supported in a future release.
    Note:
    • This mode is not fully qualified
    • There is no guarantee on the results
    • The compatibility of Flux projects saved in this mode is not guaranteed

If you use this mode, Beta mode will be displayed in the Flux title bar.

  • Advanced: the advanced mode (this mode was previously available in the Debug node).
This mode gives access to a set of expert functionalities and also to beta features (this mode includes the beta mode).
    Note:
    • This mode is not qualified
    • It can lead to strange behaviors
    • There is no guarantee on the results
    • The compatibility of Flux projects saved in this mode is not guaranteed
Warning: Use this mode only with the help of the support team.

If you use this mode, Advanced mode will be displayed in the Flux title bar.
