Since version 2026, Flux 3D and Flux PEEC are no longer available.
Please use SimLab to create a new 3D project or to import an existing Flux 3D project.
Please use SimLab to create a new PEEC project (not possible to import an existing Flux PEEC project).
/!\ Documentation updates are in progress – some mentions of 3D may still appear.
Post-processing of vector quantities
Post-processing of the results
Post-processing of the results can be carried out in different ways:
- instantaneous post-processing (at a given moment ωt):
- value of the vector quantity
-
value of the complex rotating vector
: (modulus/argument (phase) or real
part/imaginary part)
- value of the vector quantity
- time independent post-processing:
-
elliptical representation (in 2D): (ellipse characteristics: a, b…)
-
2D and 3D …
Concerning the 2D and 3D postprocessing of Flux, the 2D postprocessor offers a time independent post-processing (elliptical representation) that is not available with the 3D postprocessor.
