Drill Size of Pin
Check the drill size of DIP type component pin.
If the specified DIP type component pin hole sizes are not in given ranges, PollEx DFM defines them as fails.
The Drill Size of Pin dialog contains the following
sections:
- Target Pin Definition
- DIP Type Component Pin’s Drill Hole Size: Define the DIP type pin
size ranges.
Figure 1.- Item: Specify the item name.
- Comp Group: Select the target component group from the predefined component group list.
- Minimum Hole Diameter: Set the minimum hole diameter to be checked.
- Minimum Hole Length: Set the minimum hole length to be checked.
- DIP Type Component Pin’s Drill Hole Size: Define the DIP type pin
size ranges.
- Exclude Checking for Drill Hole Size in Ranges: Among the holes defined in
the table, exclude checking for holes with their size ranges in the
table.

- Min Diameter: Set the minimum hole diameter to be excluded in checking.
- Max Diameter: Set the maximum hole diameter to be excluded in checking.
- Min Length: Set the minimum hole length to be excluded in checking.
