Compare GDSII

Verify the consistency between the data in the specific layer of PDBB and the GDS2 file.

1. From the menu bar, click Tools > Compare GDSII.
2. Select PDB Layer: Among the layers of PDBB, select the layer that matches the GDS2 data.
3. Select GDS2 File: Use the file selection dialog to select the GDS2 file.
4. Click OK in the settings window to start the comparison.
