Suppress or Unsuppress Entities

Suppress or unsuppress an entity using the context menu in the Model Browser.

Entities that are suppressed do not appear in the modeling window and are not included in calculations such as optimization, static weight calculations, mass computations, etc.
Tip:
  • You can remove an entity from the display and include it in calculations by hiding it in your model.
  • To exclude an entity from analysis, select the entity and select the Ignore for Structural Analysis checkbox in the Property Editor.
